3. Identity Verification: Authenteq uses government-grade facial recognition to verify the customer’s identity by comparing the facial biometrics in the selfie and ID photo.
4. eID Issued: If the customer passes Authenteq’s verification process, they provide confirmation that the relevant aspects of the customer’s identity have been verified.

The initial signup process takes under 90 seconds and is 100% automated. After initial signup, it takes the user under 3 seconds to connect the Authenteq ID to any additional online profile, account or online identity a user has, without using a password.
